Welcome to Parabolic Research Co. (“Parabolic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from us, you (“you,” “the customer,” or “the researcher”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or purchase from us.
Research Use Only — Not For Human Consumption
All products sold by Parabolic Research Co. are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation purposes only.
- Products are NOT for human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other use in or on the human body.
- Products are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food additives, or medical devices.
- Products have NOT been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body for use in humans or animals.
- Products are NOT intended for veterinary use.
By placing an order, you affirm that you are a qualified, licensed researcher operating in a licensed research laboratory or facility, and that all products purchased will be used solely for legitimate scientific research purposes by qualified personnel under appropriate laboratory conditions.
Customer Eligibility
To purchase from Parabolic Research Co., you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You are a licensed researcher, scientist, or otherwise qualified professional operating in
a licensed research environment. - You have the legal authority and necessary credentials to purchase, possess, and handle research materials in your jurisdiction.
- You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer products to any third party for unauthorized
purposes, particularly any use involving human or animal consumption. - You understand and accept that all sales are made under the terms outlined here and on the product pages.
Role of Parabolic as a Pure Materials Provider
Parabolic Research Co. operates exclusively as a supplier of research-grade materials. We are NOT a clinical, medical, pharmaceutical, or advisory entity, and we do not provide research consultation, dosing protocols, administration guidance, or any application advice of any kind.
- We will provide basic product handling and storage information only (e.g., recommended storage temperature, reconstitution stability ranges where applicable to material
integrity). - We will NOT, under any circumstances, provide guidance on dosing, administration, research protocols, experimental design, or any application of our products.
- How our products are used in your research is entirely outside Parabolic’s jurisdiction, responsibility, and scope of business.
- Customer service and support inquiries related to research methodology, dosing, or application will not be answered. Please direct such questions to qualified professionals in your own institution or laboratory.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Parabolic Research Co. has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or fallacious chargebacks. Filing a chargeback in bad faith — including but not limited to claiming non-receipt of received goods, claiming an unauthorized transaction on a transaction you authorized, or attempting to reverse payment after a product has been shipped or delivered — will result in:
- Permanent ban from the Parabolic Research Co. website and all affiliated brands and entities.
- Forfeiture of any pending orders, store credit, or balances.
- Referral of the claim to the payment processor with full transaction documentation, shipping records, and communication history
- Potential legal action and recovery of all associated fees, costs, and damages.
If you have an issue with an order, please contact our customer service team directly before initiating a dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.
Customer Conduct & Treatment of Staff
Parabolic Research Co. has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, threats, or hostility directed at our customer service representatives, employees, contractors, or partners. This
includes but is not limited to:
- Verbal abuse, profanity directed at staff, or threats of any kind (physical, legal, reputational).
- Repeated or excessive contact intended to intimidate, harass, or bully
- Discriminatory, hateful, or derogatory language.
- Attempts to manipulate, deceive, or coerce staff into actions outside of policy
Customers who engage in such behavior will be subject to immediate and permanent banning from the site and all affiliated entities, with no further service obligation on our part. Our team is here to help — please treat them with respect.
Improper Use of Products
Any evidence or reasonable suspicion of improper use of Parabolic Research Co. products — including but not limited to human or animal consumption, resale for unauthorized purposes, or use outside of a legitimate research context — will result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and permanent banning from the site.
- Cancellation of any pending or future orders.
- Cooperation with relevant authorities if required by law.
Consequences of Violation
Failure to adhere to these Terms of Service may result in any combination of the following, at the sole discretion of Parabolic Research Co.:
- Permanent ban from the Parabolic Research Co. website and all affiliated brands.
- Refusal of current and future orders.
- Forfeiture of any account balances, credits, or pending shipments.
- Reporting to payment processors, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies as appropriate.
- Civil legal action for recovery of damages, fees, and costs.
Orders, Pricing & Fulfillment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control are not grounds for refund or chargeback.
- Once an order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper receipt at the provided address.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted once a product has shipped. In the rare case of a documented manufacturing defect or shipping error caused by Parabolic, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt with photo/video evidence and we will work to resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parabolic Research Co., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, products, or services. The customer assumes full responsibility for the use, handling, storage, and disposal of all products purchased.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parabolic Research Co. and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation
of any law or third-party rights
Modifications to These Terms
Parabolic Research Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts
located in California.
