Frequently Asked Questions
How fast do you ship?
We get most orders out Monday through Saturday before 12pm PST the same day as part of our commitment to fast shipping. If your order comes in before 2pm on a business day there’s a very good chance it goes out that same day.
My package hasn't moved in 4-5 days — what do I do?
USPS packages can sometimes sit in the network for a few days before updating. We recommend waiting until the 8-day mark before reaching out to us — before then it can still be moving. If it hits 8 days with no movement, contact us and we’ll take further action for you.
Why is paying so confusing?
We totally understand the frustration and we’re working hard to make this easier. Despite our full compliance with industry standards, this space is not credit card friendly. We highly recommend visiting our How to Pay page for a full breakdown of your options — we’ve made it as simple as we can.
I'm coming over from the old site and have questions.
No worries at all — welcome! Visit the Contact Us page in the top navigation bar and our customer support team will be happy to help you get everything sorted out.
I placed my order and nothing has happened yet.
After placing your order we typically ask for 2-3 hours for our team to go in and manually confirm your payment. Once confirmed you’ll receive a confirmation email and your order will be on its way. If it’s been longer than that feel free to reach out.
How long does shipping usually take?
While we strive for same-day shipping, USPS delivery times can vary. Most packages arrive within 1-3 business days via Priority Mail. In some cases it may take up to 3-4 business days depending on your location and carrier volume.
I think my package may be lost — what do I do?
First check your tracking to see if there’s been any recent movement. If your package has had no updates for 8 or more days please reach out to our team via the Contact Us page and we’ll investigate and make it right.
How do I store my research materials?
Storage depends on the specific material but as a general rule keep your research materials in a cool, dry, and safe place away from direct sunlight. When in doubt check the product label or reach out to our team for specific guidance.
